It uses TFT drive to achieve a display effect of 8bit (256 grayscale) color depth. Based on the self-built Micro LED technology innovation R&D platform, it has broken through the double technical problems of mass transfer and mass bonding, and its comprehensive yield rate has increased to 99.99%. Relevant technical achievements are expected to be widely used in high-definition display products such as large-size splicing smart screens in the future.

The nStar II glass-based active drive Micro LED display is to bond the Micro LED microchip to the glass substrate through mass transfer technology, and use TFT drive to achieve high-definition screen display. TFT glass substrates, which can obtain ultra-fine circuit structures over a large area, are an ideal technology choice in the iterative process of integrating processes towards smaller and higher-density LED chips. The active driving TFT backplane can not only realize the independent control of the pixels of the Micro LED module, avoid the crosstalk of the driving pixels, but also greatly reduce the power consumption while improving the display brightness uniformity of the module.
